- 1 Pāua
- 50 Gm Butter
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, sliced thinly
- ½ fresh chilli, deseeded and sliced thinly
- 1 tbs coriander, chopped
Slice the Pāua as thinly as possible. Heat pan and add butter, minced garlic, chilli, coriander and fry for 30 seconds. Add Pāua and cook for approximately 30 seconds or until cooked to your taste.
